20 year old female with nocturnal pain in the right Tibia. MRI & CT images showed a nidus in the postero lateral aspect of Tibia. The lesion was accessed precisely after tunneling through the anterolateral cortex to avoid popliteal vessels and fibula.

RFA was performed and patient had complete pain relief
